A record behind every lead
A lead is only as strong as the record behind it. Every access to tip content is logged before it happens: who accessed it, when, and why. That record is append-only: nothing in it can be edited or erased, so what you present is what happened.
Evidence photos arrive with hidden camera data already removed: no embedded location, device model, or timestamp. Tip content is readable only by the program positioned to act on it, unless the tip is referred to another program, whose investigators can then read it too.
